I just can't get into the hang of posting from home.

Been managing to get myself going this week, and whaddaya know? There are actually jobs out there! I've been seeing loads of jobs, and friends and contacts have been telling me about stuff or asking for my address as they might have some freelance work.

The best news is that in about an hour and a half, I have an interview with an online betting company based just off Oxford Circus. I so want this job!

Just a quick update so that when I bump into people I don't have to explain what's been happening.

My redundancy was confirmed on Monday, along with the majority of the other employees - that's four of us then. I should be feeling overjoyed with the news - I'm getting the statutory payoff: a month's notice (which I have to work a bit of), two weeks pay and the remainder of my holiday entitlement - and it all should be untaxed. It's no secret that I didn't like the place, but one of the things I've not been blogging about in the last three months is that they've been trying to fire me. So on the face of it, getting redundancy is actually a bit of a result.

But John is still not working, so I have to push myself to find another job, when all I want to do is just take it easy for a couple of months.

It's all very uncertain at the moment - I'm considering just get a bar job for a couple of months and see if I can pick up some freelance work, but I have got a few applications out there for other web jobs, so I just dunno.

Blogging is going to be erratic for the next month or so until I can get back into a routine - but I might spill all the beans about what's been happening to me this year soon.

So - you're here looking for smut are you? If it's Cristian Solimeno you're after, he's here, in all his lardy glory. If it's girl-on-girl stuff with Lowri Turner, I suggest you seek professional help.
